  • CEREMONIAL GRADE CACAO

Extremely important! There are a few cacao contraindications that you MUST check out before drinking cacao. I am in no way responsible for what happens to you if you decide to drink cacao. You are responsible for your own health and well-being.

I usually drink ceremonial cacao when I need a creative boost. It opens my heart. I feel a huge buzz of Love that lasts for hours, it focuses my mind, and inspiration flows with ease and grace.

    Keith’s Cacao

    www.keithscacao.com

This is truly excellent cacao from Guatemala, prepared in the traditional way. I chop the block into tiny pieces and store it in an airtight glass jar.

Online you can find plenty of cacao recipes and cacao ceremonies (if that’s your thing). This is what I do.

I begin by expressing gratitude to the cacao plant, to the people who grew it, harvested it, prepared it, sold it, sent it and delivered it. Then I usually set an intention for my experience as I’m preparing my drink.

I use about 30 g of cacao for an individual serving. I prefer mine reasonably diluted, I pull all kinds of unattractive faces if it’s too intense! I heat filtered water with a splash of nut milk (e.g., cashew or almond), add the cacao and whisk gently and mindfully on a low heat, being careful that it doesn’t boil. I pop an organic pitted date and a tiny amount of good quality raw honey into my blender. (These sweeteners take the edge off the toe curling bitterness). Then I pour the hot cacao mix in and blitz the concoction for about 30 seconds.

I always serve the cacao drink from a beautiful, floral ceramic jug and sip it from botanical china mugs. It turns it into a cherished moment for me. I drink it slowly and mindfully, with reverence.

    CHOCOLATE

My goodness, I enjoy decent chocolate! It’s great for grounding myself after energy work, meditation, etc.

  • CRYSTALS

    Clearing Your Stones

Most likely I’m repeating what you already know. Please forgive me if that is the case, but it is extremely important to energetically clear your stones on a regular basis, every month or so is generally a sound recommendation.

When I select stones to assist with a session, or for meditation or my creative process, I clear them before we begin and afterwards.

There are several ways in which you can clear stones. Plenty of information can be found online about crystal clearing protocols. Be sure to check the stone’s suitability for a particular clearing method, based on its hardness, brittleness, porosity, etc. For example, keep selenite away from water as it is water-soluble.

Because I partner with crystals every single day, and they are dotted around my home, I made my life easier and splurged on an Eco-laser to do the clearing job for me. It’s shaped like a pen, and emits green laser light from its tip. You simply press a button and aim the light at a crystal, slowly sweeping the green light over the surface. As I searched for the link for you, I noticed that the price has almost doubled since I bought it. It’s pricey, but in my opinion worth the splurge. I wouldn’t want to be without it.
